Hello! Thank you so much for your interest in this film project The Secret of Shady Lane. My name is Lainie Smith and I am an Actor, a Writer, and the Project Creator of this screenplay.

The story itself, deals with Consequence; mostly from keeping "secrets" and doing the wrong thing for the right reason. One such secret brings into focus, the story of the Murtaugh family. A well-adjusted, loving family, with one dark secret. On the night of their 15th wedding anniversary, that secret comes to light, and in an unexpected twist, it is quickly returned to the dark.

The Secret of Shady Lane is my first Film Project -- my Passion Project, and I now have everything in place to begin filming.
