My Mom Is My World

Hello.

Anyone who knows me or my mother (Tammy Mathews, Thompson), knows how much we love each other. She is more than a mom. She is my bestfriend. She has always been here for me, and now she needs me there for her.

As many know, my mother has been dealing with health problems for a long time. She has become worse. She has hit a point that she is unwilling to let anyone other than me help her. She has in a way, giving up. My brother and kids have made it clear that I am coming. She is more than ok with me helping her. Anything else she won't do. So at the moment, she is giving up.

With times being hard. Business has been slow. I truly need help to make this trip possible. I need cost of the trip. To rent a car. Along with being able to cover bills while taking time off work to go. However time is important. Every day I am not there, she just lays in bed thinking about why I am not there yet. I feel as if I am letting her down. That is not a option.
