Hello friends, family, and humans. My name is Traci and I am here today asking for help. My journey started three years ago when I found out that my gallbladder needed to be removed. At the time I had medical insurance, however, unforeseen circumstances occurred and it was an impossible time to have surgery (husband passed away). The year following I had lost my insurance and the hospitals were not doing these types of surgeries due to covid. Now I have insurance and they are back to taking on this type of surgery. This surgery is very important due to the gallbladder being completely full of stones and it is painful constantly. It is also blocking the opening between the liver and gallbladder.

I have take a bit of time of work to get this surgery done as well as getting other medical issues under control (new diagnosis of Hoshimoto's Disease which is representing as sever allergic reaction, and the need to have 11 teeth pulled). I took time off with the understanding that I would have my tax return to rely on. Unfortunately my taxes where taken to pay off unpaid taxes from my late husband. I am in talks with the IRS because I do not understand how I or he could owe since I received my refund last year. and he has been laid to rest since 2019.

I am asking for help to pay rent and other basic needs, as well as co-payments that insurance does not cover for my surgery and dental. Anything will help and when I am healthy and able am willing to pass this blessing along. Thank you for reading my story and being a part of my journey.
