Not much of a savings that way, A few Months ago we noticed mold in our walls and maybe into our floor. So we had to start thinking about the next step in our life. Our Amazing property mate has agreed to allow us the freedom to build our tiny home here, and live here open ended. So the next step is where I need your help.
