My name is Ulonda Gladney, I am a community Engagement Specialist. I go out on Crisis calls with the mobile crisis team and I go out to different schools and witnessed teen age girls going through a lot of trauma. I would like to go in to Middle and high schools and do a after school program to help troubled teens over come barriers that they are facing and offer a safe space to talk through there feeling's. My goal is to help transform teens into some mentally sound, academically advanced, spiritually well .I am a person with lived experience that did not have a mentor in my teen years. So ended up dealing with mental and substances abuse disorder. I would love to teach teen some evidence based training to help them be that person they truly want to be.
