My brother, Tommy Freitag, rolled his truck on 6/1/2020 in Lakway, Texas. It's an outright miracle that Tommy survived the wreck, but suffered severe injuries: fractured neck, broken clavicle, 8 broken ribs, collapsed lung, broken elbow, concussion, bruised brain(frontal), as well as some other scrapes and bruises. Tommy spent 2 weeks in ICU, and another week in a rehab facility. The doctors are quite impressed with Tommy's drive and commitment to physical therapy, but are not expecting Tommy to be able to function well enough to be self sufficient or get back to work for at least a few months. Tommy keeps saying he just needs to get better and get back to work, and is doing everything in his power to get there. Unfortunately Tommy's health insurance is only covering so much of the medical bills, he didn't have gap insurance on his truck, mortgage is due in a couple of weeks, and Tommy obviously won't be able to get back to work for a long time. His family and friends are doing, and will continue doing everything we can to help Tommy and his wife, Callie, get through all of this, but it's just not going to be enough. We are going to need all of the help we can get, so if you can please donate whatever you can to Tommy's recovery we would greatly appriciate it.
