Help w/ stolen jeep

I have a friend give me a 1990 Blazer for free, to fix up. It's gonna cost around $250 USD to get it running...spent $600 on new tires.

Insurance lapsed on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. I never got the renewal notice from the DMV. So then the registration lapsed. The Jeep gets stolen. They finally found it. But now my Jeep is stuck in impound. The cost to get it out is now $650 USD (lapsed registration + late fees + returned check fees), plus insurance reinstatement - likely another $250-$300. Plus impound and tow fees. Which impound fees accumulate by the day. Probably looking at a total of at least $1, 200 USD, plus assuming there's no substantial damages to the vehicle and gas is in the tank. It also needs maintenance.

I also have a 2008 Kawaski Ninja 250r. Which I wrecked back in 2022, and never got it fully restored. I need about $100 for parts to fix it up, and probably a couple hundred more to get the registration up to current.

Drivers license reinstatement is another $40-$50.0

At this point, I'm literally just asking for any type of assistance people can provide. I know its a bad economy still and lots of people are struggling. I've never been the type of person to take handouts. I've always been working, since the age of 14. This is probably the longest time I've ever been without steady work. Even a lot of the side gigs I've been taking people are struggling to pay me what my time is worth in full, or I'm relying on the client somehow, to finish the work and then it doesn't amount to getting paid in full. I'm usually the one always helping others, if I have the time, money, or resources and tools. Now I am asking for help please.

Whether it's only $200 I can raise, and use it towards the bike or Blazer, or it's closer to $2k which I can use to get maybe even more than one option to save gas and get around for jobs and more side work.

ANYTHING HELPS.

THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS.
