Many of you know that we recently welcomed a child into our home through foster care. Before they came to live with us, we had already planned a family trip to Universal Studios over Thanksgiving.

Now that they are part of our family, we want to make sure they can come with us and be included in this special experience. Unfortunately, the additional cost of adding another person to the trip—tickets, accommodations, food, and other expenses—is more than we had originally budgeted for.

We’re asking our friends and family to help us raise enough money to make it possible for them to join us. Our hope is to give them a fun, happy Thanksgiving memory and, most importantly, let them feel included in our family adventure.
