I was a teacher for 35 years. I retired early (I'm only 60) because both my elderly parents need help, caregiving, daily tasks, driving to doctor appointments, etc. I only retired in June but have been caregiving non stop for both parents on a regular basis. I get a very small pension each month (only $400.00) and I had only $15,000.00 in a savings. I'm down to $1,500.00 now because I still have bills and debts to pay each month. I can not take out social security until I'm 62 and that's 2 years away. My family's income has been drastically cut since I retired. My husband gets paid twice a month but it takes everything he makes to just get by. I have 2 kids who just graduated college that are still living with me and my husband. I can't work another job right now due to all the caregiving responsibilities I'm doing for my parents. I am reaching out to get some help. I need some funds to try to pay off some of my bills/debts that are still lingering.
