My name is Sara, Love, or Mama... Depending who you ask. 

We have been trying to sell our home for months but the market is really slow right now.

I lost my job in May and at that time we had what we thought was enough to get us by until it sold. However, we had to replace our AC and deal with several other large and unexpected expenses since then. My goal was to stay home with my girls to improve our breastfeeding relationship and being home these past 7 months has definitely done that.

Now that we've run out of our savings, we qualify for food stamps and WIC, but we still won't have enough to cover all our bills. Our realtor is getting more aggressive and thinks January will bring some more traffic, so we are hoping to only need assistance for January's mortgage. 

I'm also looking into work from home opportunities and Adam might get a second job until we sell, but at this time of year, it isn't easy to get more than seasonal work.
