Ukraine Crisis Volunteer
I have joined All Hands & Hearts on Deck as a volunteer with the Ukraine Crisis Relief program for a month. I will be here through the holidays stationed on the border Ukraine/Poland to assist with refugees.
It is very cold, damp, and long days. No pictures are allowed, Internet is sparse. The days are so busy, you do not have time to get homesick. I am among 20 volunteers on base.
Donations will help offset costs of travel to Poland, cost return to U.S., necessary items & gear required on base, and transportation to the base.
