Tetiana Petrenko is in Kyiv. Her parents were killed by the Russians and she lost a leg. My lady friend flew over to help her and saved her life. Tetian's door was locked when my lady friend arrived. She had nothing to eat, and was in incredible pain. My friend has been taking care of her neighbor, Tetiana, for over six months, but she needs to return to the US.

If Tetiana had sufficient funds, she could hire help to get her to the doctor's, buy food, and the like. It would be wonderful if she could buy a used electric wheel chair because she is still very weak. She is thirty-three and struggles with depression because of the war, losing her parents and her leg.
