This crowdfunding page is being made to attain a lawyer to challenge the mask mandates put into effect by the South Fayette School Board. We are asking for parent choice. The school board must be challenged on these non-science-backed, bureaucratic demands of wanting our children to breathe their own carbon dioxide for extended hours without breaks. There are zero health benefits to masking our children. Only detrimental effects. The emergency order put forth by Governor Wolf is illegal. We as parents must take a stand for our children and demand change! These mandates are unlawful! AND the school will not accept medical, religious, or philosophical exemptions! Also illegal. So we are in contact with an attorney that can file asap and have our kids maskless asap! Please help save our children's school year!
