Recently, went on short term disability and was unable to work after that ran its course. My original diagnosis was migraines with a seizure disorder. In the midst lost my home which I usually assisted others family and /or friends that were needy. Now I’m in need. I am unable to work because of all the medicine I’m on due to a 7 day stay in the hospital for a very dark time we are having. I used all my savings. Thankfully I am better today. However, I’m unable to work due to 4 different regime of medication I’m on. My disability has been denied due to not enough information from Dr offices.

I will give back as I love to do once I’m stable. Behind on all house hold bills for where my daughter and I are staying due to a very generous family member. Also credit cards, car payment, car insurance, all utilities, my 17 year old’s braces that are 2 years over due for removal. We have absolutely no food and no gas money. Even $200 will assist at this point. Thanks so much for your generous offer whatever it may be.
