HELP! Our family owned estate (over 100 years) is being hounded by real estate developers. One of our elderly stakeholders, is suffering from severe medical conditions and has been considering selling his portion to offset his astronomical medical bills. To save our sentimental piece of upstate paradise, we are looking to raise funds to buy out our beloved ill relative. It would make him so happy if we could save the property from condo development while simultaneously providing him his necessary medical treatments. This is a time sensitive situation.

This same dear relative hosted our wedding reception here many years ago and we would love to provide couples and their guests the same Catskills mountain magic we experienced.

The property includes four 1920s summer bungalows, 1960s vintage hair salon, a large flat lawn overlooking the Shawangunks mountains. Across the street is a Catholic church, garden, historical cultural site (former church built in 1821). Saving this property will surely ensure the continuation of the Catholic Church and historical cultural site in addition to many potential jobs in the Orange and Sullivan county regions.
