Hi, I'm a bit hesitant to ask for help this way but I am out of resources. I have recently escaped a domestic violence relationship, 5 days ago. I am to pay my deposit and rent (including utilities) of 650$ by December 31st. I am 5 months pregnant and I have just left the 5 year relationship with nothing but a basket of clothes leaving my truck and everything I own with my ex in exchange for freedom. I have chosen to put the baby up for adoption, come May. Adoption agency cannot help with my living expenses until next month and quite possibly won't be approved until February. My landlord has been nice enough to let me move in, pre payment but has advised me 650$ will be due by the 31st then again on Jan. 5th 2026. I'm grateful to have found freedom from my abuser but I am now overwhelmed with anxiety due to my new financial crisis. Domestic violence centers have denied my request for assistance due to having no police reports against my abuser. For the record, I was too scared to call the police because I was worried about where I would live and my truck is in his name and many other factors went into leaving suddenly without police assistance. What is important is now the baby and I are safe, I still need financial assistance this month, police report or no police report. I'm still urgently needing a financial breakthrough! Grateful for my new freedom yet overwhelmed with financial crisis. Any help is so deeply appreciated thank you for reading
