Urgent Help for Mother
We are coming together to support a courageous mother who is facing an incredibly difficult and urgent legal battle — one that no one should have to fight alone.
Our friend is a survivor of domestic violence who is currently navigating a complex and overwhelming legal situation. Despite her strength and determination to protect herself and her children, she is facing significant barriers to justice. A narrative has developed that does not reflect her lived reality. As a result of untruthful allegations, she has lost custody of her children and now finds herself in the heartbreaking position of fighting simply to be heard.
The legal system can be overwhelming, especially when resources are limited. Without proper legal representation, it is nearly impossible to challenge court decisions, present evidence effectively, or advocate for reunification with her children. Unfortunately, financial hardship has prevented her from securing the legal support she urgently needs.
This fundraiser aims to raise funds for a legal retainer so she can hire an experienced attorney to help restore fairness in the legal process and advocate for custody and the well-being of her family.
Every contribution — large or small — will go directly toward:
• Securing a qualified family law attorney
• Legal filing fees and court costs
• Advocacy needed to pursue custody and protect her parental rights
If you cannot donate, sharing this campaign is another powerful way to help. Raising awareness may help ensure that she receives the support and legal representation necessary to move forward.
Thank you for standing with a mother who is fighting for her children, her voice, and her chance at a safe and just future.
