 I’m writing to ask for your immediate assistance regarding my hot water bill with the propane company. I’ve been unable to cover this utility expense. My monthly bill is average $400. When it should only be $40. I have asked for an inspection as to why so much when hot water is the "Only" thing being used. I was told that somehow other tenants were hooked up to my pipes done by the previous maintenance worker. I brought the matter up to the gas propane provider which they say everything is good . But they only are able to check the tank and not the meter under our apartment units . Where the entrance to that has been nailed shut . I've also tried to get the management to inspect and they said it's something I would have to do and hire on my own to get inspected and they have to approve . I honestly need help if anyone knows how I can get help with an inspection of my situation at a low low low cost or free please let me know . I would really appreciate it. (Ty)

I am on disability, I care for my grandson daily while my daughter works as a teacher's assistant. She cannot afford childcare, making it even more vital for us to maintain a stable home.

The lack of hot water has made our situation quite difficult, and I’m anxious about the consequences if this matter isn’t resolved soon. If anyone can offer help, I would be incredibly thankful.
