I come to you the Public, Friends and Family today with great embarrassment to ask for funds. I usually can get through hard times when it comes to monetary issues. This is my story. On the morning of January 24, 2020, My husband was on his way to work and got pulled over by HPD and went to jail for no license-no insurance. When they took his fingerprints,a prior charge came up from 2010 for Evading arrest. He has been in Jail since with no bond. I had to hire a lawyer and he charged me 2,500 of which I owe $1,700. The lawyer was able to get him a bond, but it was set at 30,000. A bond place said $1,000 down and 200 every two weeks thereafter. Another one said 700.00 down and 200 thereafter. I'm going with the cheaper one considering my income. My husband and I are like two peas in a pod. We have been married for 19 years. His check every Friday Came in handy. Apart from being a hard worker he is a church man and a very fond animal lover. We have 3 ShihTzu's, a poodle and a little Chihuahua. Recently a stray came to our gate and guess what he is a part of my family now (he eats the most as he is a big dog). Hubby always took care of the animals, but I have to do that on top of everything else. See I have a brother with Downs Syndrome and he wears diapers, so I have to be on him because it can get messy at times. It's just like watching a baby. I am his caregiver and thats how I make my money. My brother gets his SSI but as you all know it is ridiculously low. I am grateful because it helps me a lot. I am thinking of selling my car for very little which I don't really want to because all I owe is 250 and its all mine. On top of this my rent and bills are coming up, and I am stressing because of my unexpected expenses. I love my husband and never realized how much i needed him until now. He feels helpless, which is totally understandable. I am asking for $.01 to whatever your heart desires...anything helps. If you find that you can't donate please say a prayer for me, as we are great believers and know that God is in control. Please find it in your hearts to help my fund as I am lost without him and need him for me to get through with my debt. #freecoco
