Short Summary

I have/continue to serve in the military, and sometimes it feels like a lifetime although im barely into my 30's. I have a long time ahead of me to live, and this is my way to give back, for all the people who stay in and meet countless hundreds of service members, sometimes, we are all equally unprepared to handle transitions and exits in the military. I made an investment in myself to learn real estate and the way it can contribute to a financially healthy lifestyle, and how it can be made to keep people from crisis, lets give back.

What We Need & What You Get

Here is how we do this!

• The funding goes to our business account in Bluevine, this is a fee free funding account held to keep funds away from personal accounts and into needing vets
• The unique perk is humanity, I hear accounts of kickstarters and GoFund me's, why not make innovation about human acts of compassion? I know many may be pessimistic, so I encourage you to reach out to me and call me personally I don't mind.
• These funds apply to two categories, first time VA homebuyers and second time VA Homebuyers. Many people believe this benefit extends only once, it does not! We want to teach vets how to fish, not just feed them bread here.

The Impact

North Carolina suffers from 2-3 times higher the national average of crises in veterans according to the Department of Veterans studies, as a vet myself, lets change this, and teach those who come after the standard of care from our communities.

• Veterans often provide relief in many other ways, National Guard, Reserve and Active Duty participate in Domestic disasters, hurricane recovery, flood relief and numerous others. They can't focus on protecting our nation without a place to eat, sleep, and live.
• As a veteran I have used my VA home loan 3 times, and executed a joint venture. My LLC has grown since 2021 and build a name of trust and referrals for those who want a second opinion! Please ask and I will send my names of network referrals I utilize.
• This isn't about me, the benefit I hope to provide is generational change, not a handout, but a lifestyle change, and a change in the way we approach funding community
