Veteran Needs Your Help
My name is Jon Lambert, thank you for stopping by my page.I say I found her but really she spent her lifetime looking for me and found me in Guatemala in February of 2018. And no she doesn't look that way anymore.I missed out on all her years, her first everything and her most important life events until she found me.
I simply need all the help I can get to keep her here. I was very sick when she found me, alone, confused and she managed to get me back to Dallas literally in the nick of time. Without her , I wouldn't be here today. Since she found me she has dedicated her time, love and care to me and my younger brother nursing him back to life through myxedema coma, kidney failure, liver failure and through 3 watershed strokes while in hospital. Me and my family have been incredibly blessed with her finding us.
I wish I could say she was blessed the same way. Finding us has cost her plenty. We are fighting for her citizenship. She's been taken advantage of by more then one lawyer taking her money and literally lying about having done things they never did. This country I so proudly served from the age of 17 through the Vietnam war say that my first born daughter was born 18 days to early... They say I had to be an American Citizen for 10 years before her birth.I have always proudly been an American all my life so there should be no issue...Well then they say no, sorry out of the 10years 5 of those years must be after the age of 14. She was born 18days before my 19th birthday! It was ok for me to join the Army at 17 and be in Vietnam by 18 prepared to sacrifice my life if needed to serve this country of mine yet they would willingly deny me my daughters citizenship over 18 days?! Not acceptable. She spent decades looking for me, lost her mother, saved my life literally and my brothers.
Turns out my daughter has something called Factor V Leiden a genetic blood clotting disorder. She needed two life saving treatments that left her with a large medical bills and now will need to take a very expensive blood thiner twice a day for the rest of her life. Thankfully the pharmaceutical company have given her 12 months of free medication. So here I am hoping that you will help me raise some of the funds she needs to fight for her citizenship, pay some of the outrageous medical bills and allow her to stay here with me and my brother. Without her we will struggle. I lost 48 years of her life. 48 years of memories, birthdays, laughter and living. Please help me keep her with me for the time I have left.I know and truly understand how hard times are and how many good causes there are out there. If you can't make any donation then please share my story. I'm not an internet man so I need your help to share, share, share my story so maybe I can find someone able to help me.
Proud to have served just need a little help to keep my girl.
Thank you
