I survived domestic violence — but my life was destroyed in the process. My home, my belongings, my vehicle, and my job were all taken or damaged.

Now I am rebuilding from the ground up. The injuries I sustained while defending myself, combined with losing reliable transportation, delayed my return to work. What couldn’t be taken was destroyed — but I am safe, resourceful, and resilient. I have applied for every assistance program and am actively appealing denials. I am not waiting to be rescued — I am rebuilding with everything I have.

I am raising $9,700 to secure housing, repair transportation, replace essential furnishings, cover utilities and food, and care for my dog, Gemma Jean. These are not luxuries — they are the foundation of independence.
