Viper PC build overhaul

Hey everyone! I'm putting this together for Viper so we can get his PC fixed up and back to streaming. After months of battling the internet company it looks like it's a hardware issue now. Some components are 6-7 years old and really need to be replaced. Viper would never ask for money for stuff like this but I really want to help him out. Our community is one of the best and I want to see that continue to grow and develop. Thanks for being part of this. -Luna
