Tom Keetley was my minor daughter' s boss at a dog training company in Cheyenne, WY. At age 15 he groomed her to have an inappropriate relationship at age 16 he ran off with her, he was 29 at the time. We were able to find her and she was temporarily staying at an uncles home when Tom was able to slip her a phone, make contact and again, tried to run off with her. This time he was caught and arrested. He was eventually let out on bail and had his public defender show up for his sentencing. At this time, he was given a commitment date to turn himself in, he chose to run. We want to offer a cash reward for information leading to his arrest. It took many months, hiring lawyers in different states, having to travel back and forth to these states, and the current expense of keeping my daughter in hiding and, as safe as we can. This has taken a huge hit on our family financially. Although my daughter is in a safe place getting the help she needs, I still worry and pray everyday that I will NOT get the call he has found her.
