My name is Faith, and I'm reaching out for help during a challenging time. This year has been a series of unexpected events, from the loss of loved ones to job transitions and unexpected home repairs.

In February, we lost my uncle to a sudden heart attack, followed by the devastating news of my grandpa's battle with liver cancer. To add to the strain, my husband and I, both teachers, lost our jobs due to circumstances beyond our control. We also faced the unexpected cost of replacing our well pump in September, leaving us financially stretched.

Recently, we discovered black mold in our home, forcing us to tear down walls, insulation, and our HVAC unit. Living without a heater for three weeks and enduring the challenges of chemical treatments in our living space has been tough.

We're now facing a critical need to repair our home before the winter freeze sets in. The costs of removing mold, fixing leaks, and replacing essential components have left us financially overwhelmed.
