Weight loss help funding

Sadly I'm over 400 lb and the medical will not cover any weight loss medications whatsoever I'm trying to get the glp-1 pills but it's out of my price range to even try the first month is cheap but the months after that are like $400 a month and you have to take it for a year and a half
