Last year I adopted 2 kittens to this wonderful couple Al & Deborah. Al seemed like a little boy when he saw the kittens it was love at first sight. He adored animals. One of his favorite things to do when he wasn't fixing cars, or working on their colonial period home was watching cute animal videos. He tended chickens, fed the dogs, hauled in the food and litter, and relaxed at night with Debbie and the fur kids piled around them. Al passed Friday May 18th. Debbie was his high school sweetheart. They had been friends in childhood even. They had 40 wonderful years of marriage together.

 Deborah is lost without him. She doesn't drive. Al took care of her needs but didn't have a financial plan for the “what if” that life can throw at you. Her sons want her to give up all the animals. She needs them for comfort. She is working with rescue to rehome 3 cats. Leaving her with 2 cats and a senior dog. Can you help her keep the babies that lay across her chest at night over her heavy heart and fill Al's side of the bed with love?
