I am a chiropractic physician in rural Ohio. I have been in practice for over 18 years. I enjoy helping people and really like serving the rural communities. I practiced in a rural area, in Illinois, for over 12 years before moving to Ohio.

After years of successfully treating both headache and migraine sufferers, I have decided to offer my services to any patient who either lives at or below the poverty line or is 65 years of age or older, free of charge. I have already set my fee at $40.00 per visit. This fee includes any and all treatment performed per visit. However, many patients still can't afford the treatment. I need to reach approximately $15,000 to implement this for low-income patients. However, many seniors are living on next to nothing after healthcare expenses. I want to be able to help them without adding to their burden. So, I am looking for help in offering these free services.

My plan is to offer services to the above-mentioned people at no charge beginning in June and lasting through the end of 2017. I will be using acquired funds to buy additional equipment, implement an ad campaign to reach these patients, and pay various other expenses throughout the year. I would also like to create a game/playroom for the children to be entertained while the parents are being treated.

All of my visits consist of one-on-one doctor/patient interaction. I perform all of the procedures in the office so that I can better treat the patient and track results. Each visit lasts between 15 minutes and 1 hour, depending on patient needs. So, you can see this is a serious endeavor that will require a lot of time and sacrifice; but these ladies and men need a chance to live a normal life without the constant pain and distraction of headaches and migraines.
