Greetings, the goal of this fundraiser is to raise $2,000 to either repair or replace my broken workstation. At the moment I work two jobs. My primary job is weaving hunting gear for Jakt Gear and it pays the bills with very little left over. My secondary job is as a freelance art asset creator for indie game developers on a budget. The workstation was essential to this job. This job added an extra $1200-1500 to my monthly income. Several months ago, the power supply came to a violent end in a shower of sparks and flames. When it did so it caused damage to other parts of the workstation. The Motherboard, CPUs, and RAM no longer function when placed in other test units at local repair shop. The video card while still working is questionable on how long it will continue to do so. The hard drives appeared to be fine, but data loss isn't something I wanted so I backed up the drives to a NAS rather than trust them after this event.

I am looking to either replace the old non-working parts with newer ones that are less demanding power wise or replace the whole unit with a Mini Pc with far greater processing power than the older unit had. At this time, I have already found a number of units that are under the $2,000 amount that I'm looking to raise for this task. In addition to having more processing power to work with the newer parts or unit would use less power.
