Hello fellow pilgrims of life! Please help bring my son's soul to Seoul!!!

My name is Tanya and I am writing on behalf of my son John Paul (named for the guy who started World Youth Day way back when!).

I invite you to come with him spiritually to World Youth Day to meet up with Pope Leo XIV!!!

He will carry every single person who helps him get to Seoul, South Korea in August 2027 in his heart as he travels.

He has never flown in a plane before and this idea of a major pilgrimage is all new to him!

But, he would love to bring his soul to Seoul!!! :)

You see, before he ever knew about World Youth Day being in Seoul this coming year, he had developed a real love of Korean culture and language. He had been studying Korean for about 4 months before we knew about this opportunity via a providential moment with our parish's new Korean priest!

He had already dreamed of going to Seoul "one day". But, now, he has this faith-filled opportunity to visit and it may even change his life!

With every grateful, transformative step he takes to every Korean Catholic shrine (especially to visit the Korean Martyrs!), he will remember and pray for the intentions of all who help him get there.

So, I am humbly reaching out to ask for your prayers and sacrifices on his behalf!

I genuinely appreciate all prayers for this purpose, with my whole heart!

Also, if you happen to have spare change, he needs to raise a lot of money in a short amount of time (because we discovered this opportunity a little late in the game). We only had 9 spots available in our parish and those were quickly taken.

John Paul hopes to go with his older sister who can pay her own way (to be her translator so he can practice his Korean!).

I vouch for John Paul that he has, for the last couple of years, been greatly assisting with another sibling at home who struggles with neurological difficulties. He has been an awesome, dedicated help to our family so I would love to be able to pay him back for his wonderful faithfulness and hard work in a very small way by setting up this fundraiser for him! He GREATLY desires to go to South Korea and there will even be a powerful moment of prayer for peace with a visit to the DMZ!

Also, he is finishing up his studies so money-making hasn't been a focus for him yet. He is an extremely hard worker, just not paid for it!

Suddenly, this great opportunity presented itself!
