Yachid Class Action Law Suit
Yachid is a non-profit organization dedicated to championing the fight for justice throughout the city of Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Our first issue to tackle is the unconstitutional tax on rainwater collection. This tax has been improperly enacted and masked as a "fee for service". This unconstitutional charge affects nonprofit organizations, businesses, and residents of Philadelphia and various parts of the country.
Our goal is to bring a class action lawsuit to address this issue, first beginning in Philadelphia and then in other cities that are affected by this issue.
