Your help is needed!!!
Hi, just want to say thank you for your support in advance 😊...
As of right now i have 3 projects going, and I really need your help in order to get things going in a timely manner.
1st project is a non-profit thrift store (New Destiny House Thrift Store) that will help fund 2 separate houses...
1. Women's sober living home that will house 6 women in recovery. ( New Destiny House Women's Sober Living Home). As of right now is just a 3/4 acre lot. That I just got done paying off.
2. A home for women coming out of abusive relationships. That will house 4 to 6 women (New Destiny House Women's Shelter). As of right in contact for deed. Is a 7,000 sf building fixer upper. Working on it it now. On the ground floor is where I am putting the thrift store. It also has a front and back garages one has lift for car repair, multiple work tables, and shelving. The other just a large space that I can rent out for any number of things. Upstairs is a 2200 sf house. As of right now is a 3 br 1 bath house but have an apartment size space that is unfinished. That i can add another bedroom, another bathroom, an office and game room or library.
Thank you again for your consideration.
