Zai’s Surgery Fund
Zai is a 5 year old orphan at Rakai Vulnerable Home Center in Rakai, Uganda. Her mother was an orphan “street kid” who was r@ped and died in childbirth.
Zai was born with a congenital condition which causes her to be incontinent and makes her prone to urinary tract infections.
The doctor had been trying to treat her with medication but the medication did not prove effective.
Zai’s health has quickly deteriorated and she is now life threateningly ill. She is very weak yet is refusing food and water.
She needs surgery now. Rakai Vulnerable Home Center does not receive any financial assistance from any governmental or non-governmental organization and does not have the money to pay for the surgery Zai needs.
